Colorado Common Interest Ownership Act (CCIOA)

As a common interest community (CIC), we are subject to the CCIOA. There is a pretty good introduction to the CCIOA at this link: Introduction to CCIOA (pdf document).

The Colorado Department of Regulatory Affairs maintains some good information as well; they call it The HOA Information and Resource Center.
